Horrible!!! I wish I could rate them zero stars.I dropped off a jacket on a Tuesday and was advised that it would take 2 days, since they have to send it out... fine, but then I get a call Thursday advising me that they received my jacket back BUT that it need to be re-pressed and wouldn't be ready till Saturday morning!!! Are you kidding me!!! Needless, to say I told them that was unacceptable and they said they would repress it and so I could pick it up the date it was promised. The jacket looks horrible!!! I wish I had gone to my normal cleaners...I could have got it back same day and it would look a heck of a lot better than it does.

There is a reason why 666 is part of their address! My husband took his brand new suit that we just bought for his mother’s funeral to have it dry cleaned there on Monday. They said it would be ready to be picked up Wednesday. I went to pick it up but the pocket square was missing on the suit. They said it wasn’t cleaned and it will be ready Thursday afternoon. I explained how important it is and we need it before the funeral on Friday morning. When I went on Thursday afternoon the lady said it was somewhere else and the owner or driver would deliver it Friday morning at 7am. She showed me a shirt that had no ticket on it and asked if it was mine. I said no. Somebody out there has just lost a shirt! The morning of the funeral we got there, and a man said they don’t have it. The man said we didn’t pay for it but our receipt shows we did. He was very rude and was yelling at me!! He has no customer service skills at all! I told him that they probably lost it and they need to pay us for a new pocket square. He refused. I told him he just lost 2 customers. He said good. I told him I would be writing a nasty review here. He said good. The old owners were fantastic! These new people don’t know what they are doing! Don’t take anything here for your dry cleaning! These people are EVIL!!! I hope they go out of business!! They don’t treat people right at all!! 😡😡😡😡😡
