Perfume Gallery

This place is a scam. I always buy the same cologne but today I figured hey Ill come into the shop and let someone who deals with these on the daily sell me on some. The guy kept going to the same 3 on the shelf. That should have been my first clue. I showed him a picture of $120 bottle of cologne that I was actually looking for. He had the EDT and not the EDP. So again he pointed me in the direction of the bottles he originally showed me. I did like the smell. However leaving the store and checking online the same cologne is sold $45-$55 cheaper. I called him back and asked about his return policy. That was a no go. I asked is this common business practice with the mark up and he told me yes sometimes. This is pretty unbelievable and in times like this when you would want to try and keep customers. My mistake for not doing some research is hopefully your warning to this scam. I hope this place goes under soon with these poor business practices.

We went into this store, inside the Mall for a specific brand of perfume but was disappointed when the sales agent attempted to sell me on a generic/off brand version. However, the men before Us were "Thrilled" to have found the last Cologne on the self & BOTH slapped the American Express down!!! I guess it was A "Hit or Miss"! Days @ the Mall. Shrugs???...
