If I could leave 0 stars I would. This patio company is absolutely the worst contractor experience I've ever had. Not only were they not communicative, but our planned installation date was moved last minute 5 times because the workers never showed up. In addition, their concrete contractor up and quit on the job after not following the specifications of the contract. Finally, our assigned project manager quit the company without notice to us and I had to continually call the company until a new project manager was assigned. At this time, the patio STILL has not be installed and had the plans signed in July. In short: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a bunch of scammers and your money will be wasted as they seem completely incapable of finishing a job.

I put half down one patio on 10/28/19. I understood there would be a wait of several weeks (typical) for install. Today is the 2nd NO SHOW for install. My experience with sales (Tom Ewing) was fine. However, this company doesn't proactively communicate.
