    My dad was in rehab and we need to place him in a facility and we went to several facilities and found that Devonshire was the right fit for his transition. Kiki Kiki is very knowledgeable and truly cares for all the residents at the home. She helped me navigate in home health services and coordinated the visits. She was always available when needed and she and her staff took great care of my father! I highly recommend Devonshire. Thank you for all you do Kiki! Kristen and Eric Reed

    My family would highly recommend Devonshire Assisted Living. They took such good care of my father-in-law. They were kind, patient and treated him with respect. It was so hard for us to have him be away from us, but from the minute Kiki and staff took over we knew he was in good hands. The facility is so clean and there is such a positive atmosphere there. We are so grateful to Kiki and all the caregivers. Ellen

    My mom was a resident for about 2 years. The staff treated her with respect, dignity and love. They took care of her like they would their own family. I highly recommend the Devonshire ALH to anyone looking for excellent care for a loved one.

    Families BEWARE of the deceptive practices and information Devonshire provides to the families. Kiki (owner) FAILED in every aspect of providing care to my dad. Here are the facts: 1. Staff to resident ratio: 1 staff to 9 residents - owner is too involved with the overall operation on a daily basis 2. No licensed staff onsite only caregivers with minimal training 3. Caregivers pass meds to residents (no licensed professionals) 4. No kitchen staff as all meals are prepared by Kiki or caregivers who FAIL to wear gloves while preparing meals to residents 5. Devonshire has been FINED by the STATE!!! 6. No food menu provided after requesting it several times because they fix whatever they want (no kitchen staff) 7. Owner yelled at resident and family members (cussing, hangs up on phone) 8. Fails to cash check(s) in a timely manner to include tearing up a check 9. When case manager gets too involved she immediately request a different one because Devonshire does not want any attention so they will get inspected by the STATE (fined previously) 10. No care plan provided for the different levels of care because there is only one level and thats to do the bare minimum for the residents. 11. Post videos of family member to get them upset and tried to get a higher level of care so she can steal more money from family - request was denied by case manager (see #9) 12. Family member fell and was not immediately notified or properly documented Again, these are FACTS provided by the family. Kiki will provide the best lip service just to get your family in there and that's when the service stops. The treatment is horrific and Kiki speaks to the residents like they are babies. These residents in this facility are all in there for different reasons so nobody should be spoken to like that. Think twice if you want your family member to receive the same treatment as ours did!!!
