    Almost $1500 of rent at this place to have nothing but roach problems. I'm a pretty clean person and am always cleaning. Over priced for what it is. People are constantly leaving their trash bags outside of their doors and leave them there for days piling it up. Management seems to do nothing about it. People also don't seem to pick up after their dogs despite the complex having pet stations. Dirty exterior. It's slowly looking like income based housing. Feral cats around the property. Again, management does nothing.

    Jadyn t today told me multiple time that the garage door not opening is not an emergency. We are moving and after explaining well could you advocate for us or ask again because it does not seem you told your manager the full story and its an barrier to moving because we have a time line. Her expression was unempathic and and she told us to GO TO GOOGLE FOR CORPORATES NUMBER. She was unwilling to give us the CORPORATE NUMBER OR A SUPERVISOR NUMBER. My mom is a resident here and I do not understand how someone that does not understand simple customer service skills such as a resident asking for corporate number to complain or advocate for themselves can not get that simple request answered or meet with an appropriate response.

    Been here for about 2 yrs, nothing but great things to say. Maintenance is always ready to help and they get work orders done VERY quickly. All questions I’ve had were answered by Jen, Jasmine and the other amazing staff members.Easy access to the freeway and convieninetly placed in two minute walking distance of Westgate. Thanks Pillar.

    My electricity went out since 1 pm today I thought at for it was an outage until I spoke to SRP and was told and their end I should have electricity and next door also had electricity. I called the office and told them that The electricity for the entire unit was out and per SRP I need to call my maintenance. I called the office 1:50pm, 30min later I called again about 3 times no one answered the phone but when my son went to the two staff person was in the office sitting and could give no reason for not answering the phones other than they just spoke to her. I waited a little and called the emergency maintenance who told me the same thing the office told me that they are going to call the on call person no showed up until 3:42pm. I had an order for an event for 5pm when the lights went out at 1pm and at 4:50pm there was still no lights and work was being done on the A/C and he was what was the by now two different parts had been change. I had to pack everything up and go to my son to finish my order and did not deliver until 8pm on my way back to my son I called since I hadn’t gotten a call even though I said was leaving and that person call me with an update. I was told a AC company will be coming in the morning so I ask the o call person what about the lights she had to call on call maintenance again. He reported lights were on and it was just the main breaker which my son and I checked 2-3 times earlier. I asked what is the process for emergency like these if they had potable unit or what are my options. He reported he he had one unit only that can be used in 1st bedroom on 3rd floor m, I was later told this was done. When I got home after 11:pm unit in room was off and the lights for the entire 3rd floor was off I had to call maintenance again about 4 times before I had unit in the room working which was 1am. I ask for a on call manager was told there wasn’t one , the maintenance guy told me that he wasn’t told about the electricity being out he was only told about AC. This was a very very poor way to handle an emergency situation and very poor communication between office staff, maintenance and on call staff. Also little to no follow up was done with myself I had to constantly be calling back after waiting and staff acted like they were annoyed that I was calling so much
