Only one person in-store (I think he’s the owner) & he may give you pricing but comes off like you’re bothering him if you keep asking questions about other fans that don’t have visible tags on them. People always buy blinds/fans, so they probably won’t care but polite & helpful customer service always leaves people wanting to choose you and not walk to find someone else who leaves them with a better feeling, like their business matters. We should always do our job like this customer could make or break our reputation. We have 6 areas of our home that needed fans but won’t be ordering from here. If this place goes out of business it will for sure be because of your lackluster attitude & poor customer service, like all the other reviews state.

Affordable and install went great! Good selection on modern fans. I will definitely be back to change out the rest of my ceiling fans!

Great fans, good up front service and install. Great selection. Purchased several units. Few month later had a fan issue with one. Called and left voice message... they never returned or responded to the call.

We have used them twice and both times had a great experience! Clark the owner was amazing and has a large selection of more looking contemporary fans than your standard box stores. Plus the price includes the install! Must check out!
