        I liked the PA and Dr. Patel. Unfortunately, like most other doctor offices the staff seems to drop the ball. I just cancelled two appointments for an ultrasound and cytoscopy because I have gotten no response to two phone calls and two emails asking for a prescription refill - which Dr. Patel assured me he would take care of. If I can't get a response or a refill I am certainly not going to trust this organization to treat me, do invasive testing, or do a procedure on me.

        I have attempted to set up an appointment 10 times. One call returned but I missed it. Attempts to call back at the number provided has lead to a voicemail box which has not yet been returned.
