Great food as usual! It was a busy night, and there were a few larger tables that shared a waiter with my table of four. We were definitely getting less attention than the other tables. On my way to get my own refill, I just asked for to go boxes and the check. The waiter did apologize, and I am just chalking this up to a rough night. It happens to all of us! Definitely going back.

The meal was very good but the teenage waitress was overwhelmed and forgot a lot of items on our order.

Our waitress was horrible we got our food she said she was going to bring drinks went to the table next to us 3 times but didn't even look at us then came back asked if we needed boxes 20mins later and when I mentioned my drink she just said oh yea do you want me to get it to go. Well yea I ate my whole meal with no drink....... the food was good but the service was horrible. Sad because we go all the way to this one instead of power.

Went to have dinner, my friends medium rare ribeye was confused with my medium well new York strip. Our waiter Josh was awesome. Noticed the mistake when serving, so had me cut mine and placed it back on the grill. The manager Serena brought me my steak back and had me cut into it. It was still fully pink and pretty medium rare. Not even medium. Serena got offended and became rude trying to tell me my steak was medium well, which was hilarious. I decided to just have my plate taken back, I was no longer interested in a 25$ steak that had been cut twice and placed on the grill twice and wanted to place on the grill a 3rd time. My party had already finished eating by this time also. I was offended by Serena attitude so I spoke to the other manager Tony, who was awesome but explained that Serena was his boss also. He apologized for her rude behavior. She should have apologized though. I will not be back because of the manager Serena.
