        Horrible customer service. Tried to charge me $3.25 to print THEIR OWN label. Every other UPS store does this for free. Go somewhere else. **Update. Went to another UPS store about 2 miles away. Just as I mentioned, they printed the label for free and I was out in 2 minutes.

        This place just SUCKS…..my daughter is selling her car and a buyer flew in to buy her car on November 1st 2021 a Monday and was going to drive it back. I sent my daughter in to get her car title notarized for sale and these 2 “younger” employees notarized her title just fine BUT instructed her to sign as the “BUYER”….totally wasted our time and the buyers time and now we need a duplicate title and the buyer had to get a hotel now!!! This place shouldn’t be allowed to notarize ANYTHING🤬🤬

        Every time I come to this store I get amazing service. From stamps to shipping to printing, this is my go to place for personal and business services. The other day I went about 5 minutes before closing and the employee there (I think his name was Matt) was so patient with me as I tried to do many Amazon returns and with another woman who tried to fax a document. People just kept coming in the door after his shift was over and he just kept smiling and doing his best. Thanks for the great service that I rarely see anymore!

        Have been here multiple times but never felt compelled to write a review. Came here today (Sunday) at 5:11pm not knowing they close at 5. Saw the guy pulling the gate closed and he welcomed me in to drop off the package and offered me a receipt. Nice guy too. Whoever is working here on April 25 at close is A+
