Trying to get a response out of these people is pointless. Almost never answer their office line, don't call back. I managed to find online the email of someone who works there but when i emailed, he only answered part of my question and offered no additional information. I asked again and asked for a different contact who might know more and he would not help. If they manage your community, i would recommend moving.

Terrible costumer service, I called couple times and still don't get an answer to my questions and she gets really mad when I asked where else can I call to get my concerns resolve......she's clueless

I deal with HOA Management companies daily and this one far exceeds my expectations! I had a question and the person I spoke with went above and beyond to get the answer I needed. Real Estate & Property Management can be tricky business but Curtis Management gets an A+ in my book.

Called up the office to ask a question about hoa transfer and the person that answered was rude and condescending.

This is a management company who manages many condominium, one being Mesa Coronado. 8 mos ago during pandemic closure, my sister' car registration expired and was waiting for the tag. Luckily She worked everyday and noticed that her car was missing on Friday morning. This management had it in the ccr to tow cars for all the reason under the sun. They worked with AZ Parking Enforcement. They towed on Friday at 2am and they are only open m-f 9-4. Cost is up to $500 + $15/day + admin fee, cash only!!!!!!Fast fwd to Friday, 5/21, this time my nephew' car was towed. His registration expired 4/15, need to pass emission, been working to fix and clear the code. Didn't want to drive his car until he renewed his registration!!!!!!!!! And boomed! Was told there was a sticker (I confirmed it is a 24hr notification which means the sticker must have been on it on Thursday am. Of course my sister didn't notice the sticker or it could have flown away, and once again they towed it at 2 am Friday knowing they are close on the weekend. Called this property management, they NEVER pick up the phone even the first time I was trying to help my sister. Turned out this address on the CCR is a mail box!!!!!! They rent a mail box on Gilbert and guadalupe!!!!!!!!!!Of course when calling the tow company, they threw it back at CCR and supposedly this condo doesn't even provide a warning, while the towing company provided 24hr sticker. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! I found this property management HOA company and the towing company to be crooks all around. Imagine under this economy, people either lost their job because of no transportation, don't know how to pay the $500 in cash!!!!!!!! I sure hope these people who own these companies get bad karma in their lifetime!!!!!! Why wouldn't they have a physical office??
