If I could no stars, I would. Their product attracts scorpions rather than getting rid of them. Josh was our tech. We had them from April to end of July. In that time we had 6 scorpions in our home and one in our garage. My daughter was stung and we had an urgent care bill. I was almost stung as it was in out master closet. We asked for management to call us as we found 2 scorpions in the week after they last sprayed. I was advised they would call. They never did but we still got a text from Josh asking if we wanted spray again. We then let him know we hadn’t heard from management. 3 weeks went by and Josh just text us on Labor Day, stating he would be by to spray and we declined. For being a family owned business, they don’t care about customer service. ***Since we fired them at the end of July, we haven’t seen one scorpion.***
