Diane is nothing short of an excellent insurance agent. We have loved Diane's caring expertise over the past 4 years in helping us with our health insurance needs and decisions. She has always promptly responded to our inquiries with useful information and a variety of options. You can tell she does her research! In the process, Diane has become a good friend as well, and we look forward every year associating with her!

I was dreading the experience of selecting a Medicare insurance plan and waited until the last day to finally ask for help. A friend recommended Health Insurance Choices and insisted I ask for Diane...so I did. It was late in the afternoon, on the last day to sign up, along with the fact that I was still trying to find a new PCP (primary care physician) that accepted the insurance I selected. Diane was easy to talk with a great sense of humor. After gathering the information she needed from me, I stayed on the line while she confirmed a new PCP for me, selected an Advantage plan that met my needs and submitted my application. She explained things in terms I could understand and took the time to answer my questions along the way. She even chatted for a few minutes after everything was finalized.
