Our Tech was always friendly, fast responding, very Informative, respectful and professional at all times. He would always tell us what he found and what the options were even before we asked. We really had no questions as he was always on point in informing us about all his movements. He had our AC up and running again in 30mins. We were very pleased with his services and definitely can see why this company has exceptional customer reviews. So glad they were our top choice.

My AC was not working on a very hot weekend. Ray’s Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating was able to quickly schedule an immediate Monday appointment. Technician was prompt and professional. Quickly identified problem. Prepared several repair options. Scheduled temporary room cooling units delivery. Made the needed preparations for the recommended total system replacement for the next day. The process was courteous and professional.

I was so happy when my call was answered by a friendly woman! I told her the problem and she said a repairman would be out the next day between 1-3pm! I was elated! Then, today I got a call at 11am and was asked if it would be okay if they came to my house now! YES! Jeff came out fixed the problem in record time, was knowledgeable and very friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

George went above and beyond to squeeze my emergency in, even though I was a first time customer. I needed a minor repair that would have led to major issues if left untouched. Pricing was very reasonable and he was a lifesaver on a hot day. I totally recommend him to anyone who needs repairs done on their AC.
