I have used John Sulzer and/or his workers of Sulzer Development for years. He has assisted myself and numerous clients in all demographics. $200,000 homes to $4,000,000.00 homes have been encompassed with John's efforts. He could build a home, but could also do dry wall, painting, etc. He has an attention to detail that will suit the most particular of clients.

John and his team "painted" the exterior of my home. But quite frankly, with the exceptional patching of stucco and filling in the wood, it really seems more like they gave me a Brand New House! People notice immediately and I couldn't be more proud to show it off!

John and his team did a great job painting the exterior and interior of our home and repairing drywall that was damaged when a pipe failed. John is very responsive and I’ve been very pleased with the quality of the work completed.
