I physically went to the gym in Dec after months of not being able to contact anyone to cancel my membership and get a refund for the months they were closed and charging me. I asked for proof that it was cancelled and they advised there was nothing they could provide me. These mf are stilk charging me and the phone number listed is not working. F You, YouFit.

I've been a regular member for a long time and have had good service. I have wanted to support my local gym, but respect and support require a mutual relationship. Youfit has abandoned me. My local gym shut down in March, but have been continuing to bill my credit card for services not rendered, with the stated purpose that they have to pay their rent and employee's salaries. I know for a fact that the personal trainers have been let go, but yet I'm still charged for personal training services, which is disingenuous. Since then, they have given updates on Facebook cheerfully saying they will open "soon!" They helpfully say that updates can be obtained via email, online or by phone, and that memberships can be frozen if needed. I can assure you that no one ever answers any phone, email or instant message, which is extremely maddening, since they continually say, "if you have any questions, just contact us!" To make it worse, some online have pointed out that their gyms are empty of equipment, with no notification or communication. Clearly this is bad intent by YouFit's. I've had it- time to find another gym that treats its members with respect and honesty.

This place is unclean at best. Half the equipment is always broke or unusable. The customer service is terrible. They have removed all ways of canceling from their webpage and app. You can no longer cancel services with them. They just keep taking your money. What an awful company. You say members can still cancel any time they want to which is not true. I have contacted the club several times and was told I can't cancel. Then they told me I can mail in a request to cancel or that I have to come into the club ( which I can't cause you're closed). Now your updated terms which I have posted state I have to come into the club or I can't cancel. This isn't reasonable especially in the times we are in right now. You have made it impossible for me to cancel and have ignored my mailed in request to cancel. I have contacted the BBB about this all. Hopefully everyone that thinking of a gym to join reads this and sees the type of company you are.
