Very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all honest. Had contacted 2 other companies for fireplace repair - 1 never showed or called to cancel and the other decided the gas valve and thermocouple needed to be replaced, all for $1,400. Called Fire by James and Chris arrived right on time and had our fireplace working in 45 minutes without replacing any parts. Just needed cleaning and adjustments. Highly recommend F.B.J. and caution others to avoid certain plumbing companies.

Skyler arrived on time this morning and fixed the issue with our gas fireplace in our home. He was personable, respectful and informative. We will definitely be recommending this company to friends and neighbors who might need this service.
