        My husband and I use to love McDonalds however this McDonald's changed our minds. We haven't been to McDonald's in over a year due to the cold and gross food as well as incorrect orders and we made three mistake of going there tonight.... fries were old, shriveled and cold and what a shocker, the burgers were hard and cold and they messed up our order. Who is monitoring these reviews? Do you see a pattern with every review? How much money do you need to lose before a change is made? Guess I now understand how some businesses are going bankrupt!
