Greg is one of the best technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! He’s very honest, doesn’t try to upsell you and tells you only what he thinks needs to be done. He did an amazing job at my house and I would recommend him to anyone. Very busy guy but he does his best to fit everyone in.

I just completed my 2nd project with Journey electric. The previous project was 2-3 years ago. They were both large jobs, spanning multiple days, requiring coordination and planning with both the Town of Gilbert and APS and SRP, an underground utilities drilling company, etc. Both times Greg and his team have handled each project seamlessly- communicating with each group, handling the permits, coordinating schedules, etc. I was kept well informed and updated throughout the process. Their work was affordable and done on time. I will unhesitatingly hire them again in the future if/when the need arises for any electrical work! Services: Remodelling, Panel replacement or upgrade

Greg did a phenomenal job with the upgrade of our house lighting. I hadn’t even realized that several rooms had different colors and he was able to get the whole house in sync. His quickness and efficiency was a delight in our home as we’re a super busy family. He also was able to point out a switch that wasn’t working that I had no idea was even broken and fixed it at no additional charge. He has exceptional customer service and truly cares about his profession and does honest work! Services: Light fitting installation, Light fixture repair, Socket or switch installation

We were in a bit of a bind and called Journey Electric. Greg came out within 2 hours of calling and was completely honest and up front. He was so kind and a great person to work with! He answered all of my questions, and I plan to hire him again in the near future!

FRAUD! If I could do zero stars I would. I waited for over 2 1/2 hours past the time they told me they would arrive before I called and politely asked for an updated ETA. To which they responded and said that the driver got into a fender bender and would be there within the next 10 to 15 minutes. No worries. I then waited another 2 HOURS!!! No one showed up and nobody reached out to me. I called the company yet again and got no response. 4 1/2 HOURS OF MY WASTED TIME AND NO RESPONSE NO ONE SHOWED UP OR FOLLOWED UP! Most unprofessional company I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time.
