I came in to get a price quote and I felt like the woman just wanted me to leave. I would rate lower based off of that experience but maybe I just came on a bad day.

I was not happy with my experience here. I brought two dresses in to be dry cleaned and both came back ruined. One was 3-4 inches shorter (even though I specifically asked and was told they would not shrink) and had more stains than before! The other had swirls of iron marks that had burned the material. When I brought them back in the clerk said she would show her manager and he would call me back. A week went by and no call, so I went back into store. She handed me the dresses and said they had removed the spots from the one dress and that the manager had decided that nothing else was wrong and that the dress couldn't have shrunk bc it was the same length as the other, completely different dress, I had brought in. I am very frustrated with how this played out and would not bring my items here in the future.
