I’ve had a deeply troubling horrible expensive experience with the dental services provided by Dr. Ryan Cullinan of Blue Dot Dental, as well as the owner, Dr. Aaron Jeziorski, and their staff members Desiree Garcia, Tia Price, and Liz, the previous insurance manager. The services promised were not rendered, leaving you in physical pain and causing emotional and mental distress. This situation has exacerbated your anxiety and depression disorders, impacting your overall health, self-confidence, and causing you to be self-conscious. The dental malpractice and negligence you’ve experienced have led to an inability to eat properly. You feel abandoned as a patient and are dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and compassion shown by the staff. Furthermore, your dental benefits have been exhausted with no improvement to show for it. This ordeal has left you feeling disrespected and treated horribly. I do not recommend them their services or as a dental provider caretaker for anyone I am appalled disgusted overwhelmed by the stress the pain unable to eat properly for months since complaining about my crowns and fillings falling out to much more complications from Dr Ryan Cullinan dental work I will be seeking legal action as well for the insurance fraud they have committed against me my insurance company my credit card payments cash payments to opening a sunbit loan!!!!!! Be careful people these companies are not good nor is their staff services treatment to a patient!!!!!

I had a 3rd molar that caused my face to swell, I called late in the day, and Nicole was able to get me in to be seen. I was in a lot of pain, and after an X-ray, Dr. Cullinan prescribed antibiotics, and we scheduled the extraction. I arrived to get it removed, and it was as quick and painless as I could have hoped for. The team was awesome, so kind, inviting, and professional.

I had a fractured tooth that my regular dentist could not fix and sent me to a specialist for a root canal but they could not get to me in time. Blue Dot dental came through in a clutch on a Saturday after the most painful Friday night of my life. They were able to squeeze me in early and Dr. Garcia happened to be there and took care of me with excellence. I ended up actually needing an extraction. (Which I was fine with) and the doctor was just so incredible with making sure that I was comfortable, taking his time, doing it right and it was a relatively painless process. The whole staff was excellent and I am very grateful that they were able to see me. Fantastic experience and I will be coming back for sure. I highly recommend Blue Dot Dental.

Dont overpay, you will never get your money back !!! I have waited 2 weeks for a $1,200 refund, still waiting.  Very bad business model.
