Im very upset with my Pei Wei experience tonight. This location is closest to my home which is unfortunate because they seem to make mistakes on my order 90% of the time I go in. I am on a very strict diet and rarely treat myself to food out. I called to complain about my order and the manager on staffed named Ed told me he saw them make my meal correctly, even though I CANNOT SEE OR TASTE ANY EGG in my meal, he said he watched them put it in. My girlfriend sat right next to me and could verify no egg and I also have a picture which I dont think I can post on this post. So on top of them Messing up my order they also tried to make me out to be a lair. Ed said next time I come in I can mention his name and they will give me my next meal free. So Ill post this and see if that actually happens next time I decide to return. Retuned 6-4-23. I was upcharged for noodles that ended up being stuck together and mushy my firecracker tofu was soggy as well instead of crispy like its been at other locations. This is officially the last time Ill ever eat at this location unfortunately.
