Dan was so kind and knowledgeable and patient. He was beyond helpful. Store was really clean. Only thing is the music was pretty bad.

Mike, Uriel, and Natalie were so helpful to my fiance and I during our phone purchase. The system was causing issues and making our purchase take longer than normal. My fiance and I were not bothered by this what so ever, and they took care of us because we had waited so long. They were chatting us up and made it fun and easy.

Currently parked outside the t-Mobile store waiting for my 4 year-olds haircut appointment that is next door. There are 4 T-Mobile employees stilling outside in front of their store smoking and vapping endlessly. The smell had now completely filled my car. I hope this message gets to their store manager as I am completely disgusted that they would do this knowing that me and my son are sitting 5 feet away from them. I’m so glad I am with Verizon now and that I don’t associate myself with this company!
