Wonderful sales and build experience with Phoenix Patio Systems. We are extremely happy with our trellis and recommend them to anyone.

I usually donâ€™t take the time to leave reviews, but this one seemed needed. I made an appointment with Phoenix Patio Systems for Thursday the 21st of MAR. I received a call the day of, saying that the sales person would not be able to make the call. No reason was given, no explanation, and no reschedule. I asked when I would hear back about a reschedule and the person on the phone said she couldnâ€™t tell me. Essentially they just didnâ€™t have the time or didnâ€™t want my business. This honestly is really unprofessional and bad business. At least have the courtesy to say why you canâ€™t make it, and offer a date to reschedule.
