This company knows what good old fashioned customer service is all about. They came out & repaired my TV at the time they said they would be there & very efficient. The technician Robert was very good, cleaned up after himself, polite, explained what the issue was, and asked if there was anything else he could do. Samsung took care of the warranty even though my TV was 6 months out of warranty!! Totally satisfied & I will use this company if any services are needed again.

No doubt they have a lot of knowledge, but the $85 visit charge for a loud dryer was very high until the total cost of repair was invoiced at nearly $300. Looked up the repair and part would be 20 minutes and an $20 part. Used this group for a TV years ago and it worked out well, but this visit just priced the company out of a customer.

Horrible service, just guess whats wrong with a samsung tv and hoped it works now turns out its something else which will cost me about the same thing as getting a new tv, asked for refund and only want to give me cents backs
