I have called 6 times in two different days during business hours, the first time she put me on hold for 4 minutes. Came back and found me in the system, I was just trying to make an appointment. She asked me if she could put me on hold for another few minutes and I said Im just trying to make an appointment. She said OK let me call you right back. She never called me back. I called another 5-6 times between that day and today and not a single person answered the phone any of those times. Im onto another chiropractor now who answers the phone every single time when they are in the office. This is very very poor customer service. I love Dr. Holloway but I think he has no clue that the front staff is so disorganized. They dont even check for missed calls to call patients back. Ive called two different numbers and it just rings and rings and rings, most of the time it doesnt even go to voicemail. Buh-bye! Youre missing out on a lot of patients .
