        Rick was informative, easy to talk and re-assuring. Our bikes were delivered without a scratch and within the quoted time line. The transport driver, Daniel, keep us informed all along the way. This was the first time shipping our bikes and we now understand why a specific pickup/delivery date is so difficult up front given all the scheduling required. We will definitely use V-Twin Express for our future long distance rides.
