We were referred to Horizon and have used this company for four years and have been very satisfied with the service. Our service tech arrives the same day weekly and is willing to take time to answer our questions and teach us whatever we’re interested in learning about our own pool maintenance. The pool always looks good, even when we’re away, as reported by our caretaker. After having several other bad pool maintenance companies and after we had our pool rebuilt by another bad company, there were several issues that Horizon corrected, one being a major leak due to an improper light installation. We trust the workmanship and have been very satisfied with the service of Horizon Pool Care.

Used Horizon for about a year. Service steadily declined over the duration. Clincher was an attempted spa repair. Charged me for a failed repair attempt. Worse, they never followed through on the repair despite the error message persisting. So I did my own research, determined and implemented the fix, and sought a refund for the failed repair. Request denied. So adios Horizon.

If I could take away a star I would, I am not the paying customer I am the renter. The owner doesn't get to see the service they are paying for as they live out of state. The guy who "cleans" my pool is so lazy, after he finishes his 5 minutes at the pool I point out the big leaves still sitting in the pool, he grumbles and walks back to fix the problem. I cant trust this guy and the front office wont do anything about it but make excuses. When I first moved in he didn't come for 3 weeks probably because he didnt think anyone lived there. I asked the owner if they were still paying for the service and they said they were. If this is the service they deliver for out of state owners they are criminals. Luckily I might have talked the owner into switching to another pool service soon since they might as well be taking money without return of services. I will spread word of this guy to every site and to every citizen of this town.
