If I could give the service a 0, I would. First, our waitress spilled 5 waters on my mom. Second, she messed up 6 of the 8 orders, and never brought my brother his second drink. Third, when we told a waiter things were wrong, he told us that it was written down that way. Fourth, she never came back to the table to check on us, so we sat there for 45 minutes trying to get her attention to pay for meals we didn’t want. Fifth, we had to pay for my mom’s meal that she told us she would get for free since she spilled water on her. Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’ve NEVER wanted to dine and dash, but we should’ve tonight. Our waitress wouldn’t have even noticed we left.

The manager is a complete P.R. nightmare... running a business that is short staffed is difficult (Everybody understands sick calls) it's not easy. Managing the business knowing this is happening takes another set of skills. This lady was not equipped with the mannerism, professionalism or common sense to handle this. While waiting to pre pay for our meal we watched her yell at one table as loud as she could , in front of all of the customers. Fast forward 30 min, still no food (I'm ok with this, they are short staffed) and I completely understand. A group of 6 people comes on the patio, the table is not bussed from 15 min ago when the other group left so they clear it themselves, very nicely and politely (just as we had at our table) the manager came up yelling at them, grabbing everything out of everyone's hands saying they are being recorded dont do this. The ladies (taken back) explain they dont mind helping, the manager continues to say stop and gets even more agitated. At this point 45 min our food is not here, I try to get another beer at the bar, manager says no go get in line (10 people) I explained the busser lady told us to go to the bar, manager says no gongetbin line. I'm very serious, this lady had not apologized once, not said I'm to busy please go to the cashier. This lady was rude to everyone she encountered. I go sit down, tell my wife how rude she is, then watch her serve another lady a beer at the bar. I walk back up and ask why she can get them a beer but not me, she said I'm cut off... so the one beer I had finished 15 min into my wait, now is my limit. I told her I dont have my food, she won't get me another beer, I want my money back. She literally slams my money down and says " thanks, this is comming out of my pocket" I said, it did not have to be this way, your not equipped with the business savvy to run a small restaurant and yelling patrons is just plane stupid on her part. Well, 3 other tables left when we did as well, so did 4 people in line that got to hear the exchange. To the owner of this business: Do yourself a favor, review the camera footage on 4/5/19 starting at 6:20pm Then, go fire your manager. I would love to enjoy the food here, but not if she is running the joint.
