Tammy went above and beyond to understand our wishes and she covered a very large territory in our search. She was extremely fast in responding whenever we needed to spring on an opportunity. If I could give Tammy 10 stars I would. Our path to a second home purchase was not easy given one full price all cash offer that was not accepted, and two contracts that were canceled after inspections revealed significant problems. The forth time was the charm. We absolutely love our new summer home in Payson. Throughout this up and down process Tammy was patient, professional, open minded, dealt with myriad time sensitive details and always kept her sense of humor. I could not have asked for a better realtor!
