I called for details on a new system. I was clear I wanted to know about equipment and the woman immediately started talking about their special prices when I havent even decided on equipment!! I told her I was not intetested in a sales pitch and she hung up on me. Not the way to treat potential business.

We have had wonderful services from Mike and Purr-Fect Water Co. and just this week had to replace our 15 yr. old water softner. Mike responded to our call within 45 min. and the softner was installed two days later. I highly recommend this family owned business. All the other reviews are consistent about both customer service and fair pricing. I will use them EVERY TIME! Very honest company!!
