Randall's Towing

Stephanie with Randall towing was a godsend/ sweetheart, some a#*hole ran me off the road last night, and I pretty much totaled my Mercedes. After the 8+hours of sitting on the side of the road with no phone service, and nobody stopping, finally I was able to get the troopers called, and Randall towing showed up. Stephanie got my car on the truck with no more damage to my vehicle, and also gave me a ride to the hotel that I'm staying at, which was like 45 minutes away. She offered to stop at a gas station so I could get food or something if I needed it, and graciously let my 105 pound dog ride in the cab with us. This company has thr friendliest employees, very helpful and attentive to your needs. Highly-qualified and recommended by me anyways, thank you Stephanie for helping me out, your the best!!!! Donna and the team at Randall's Towing are the best!! After our van was involved in an accident, they towed it from the scene and treated it like it was their own. Donna at Randalls towing is the best! My car was in an accident when a boulder bounced off a mountain. My insurance company left my car with no tow for two days and still did not have a plan. Donna was professional and so caring. She treated my car like it was hers. She gave me updates and safely delivered my car to my repair facility 2 hours away.
