I have been with Kassie Kennaugh before its was her agency and Ive had an awesome experience. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Kassie on several occasions and Sarah. Recently Trevor has been instrumental in getting my policy updated changed and added services to my policy to get me a better financial policy. Kassie and her office have been amazing to work, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dependable office. I have been with allstate for 10 + years, and have had a couple different agents and Kassie and her team are by far my favorite! They are always quick to help with anything, and always pleasant to speak too!

I know I gave this business a 5 star review about a year ago. but it deserves another honorable mention..another 5 star review. Both vanessa and everyone who works in the florence az office..is so professional kind considerate ...I cannot stop raving about a very negative experience I had with my mortgage company recently ..that they saved the day...They truely cared and even laughed at all my corny jokes when i was so stressed out in the office the other day. THANK YOU VANESSA and everyone for taking care of the situation in a professional and timely manner. We appreciate having James Hanson as our agent..and all the office managers.
