There is two sets of rules in this park. One for the board members and close friends and a more stringent set for all others. Rules say you can not run a business out of the park, yet there is a current board member who does! The maintenance couple (husband and wife) are employed by the park. They also clean lots, inside and outside of homes for board members and are paid cash to do so, using the HOA members tools. There seems to be a conflict of interest that is ignored by the board. Be aware!

Just finished having our floor installed using Core Luxe ultra from lumber liquidators! Zaharia Tucker, Store Manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the correct flooring. Resident owned lots, 55+ HOA Association. Great clubhouse with pool, shuffleboard, many activities.
