      image Do not expect the hospital to submit claims electronically - the mailed mine to my insurance company and its now causing a huge nightmare with a surgery scheduled as a result of the issue I was in the ER for. No one will answer the phone even when my insurance company is calling them on my behalf to try to resolve the situation. Unbelievable

      image From the minute we arrived at the ER entrance we were helped immediately. Jessica C RN and Dr.Velasco were Fantastic and very caring understanding and making sure my husband was taken care of. And also brought me a.snack and a drink . LOVE our hospital

      image Two stars for the great nursing staff, which really deserve a separate five stars.
      I found the ER doctors unwilling to listen to me, or tell me about significant findings that may turn out to be fatal.
      They also prescribe unnecessary vitamins so they can boost their revenue and scam the insurance company. Stated reason :everybody gets them. Nothing about medicine there.
      If I had the power to replace the M.D. staff wholesale for incompetence I would in an instant.
