Caught a nail. Took my car to Big o tires and shortly after their repair failed. This isn't the first time that it has happened. I've had bad experiences at both discount and Big o tires in multiple cities. Honestly these two guys really took the time to do the repair correctly and had some very helpful insight. They also informed me that Big o tires didn't reset my air pressure sensors when they rotated my tires. It was a great reminder to why it's important to support local businesses and not corporations or franchises. These guys care.

Called them l had a slow tire leak told come in..l was help by a very nice men that took care of me had my tire off found what wrong fixed it...l was charged 25..( tip him) please everyone dont forget to tip the workers they work hard...and you probably tip the person that made ur coffee in the morning and these guys are taking care of ur car so don't forget to give a tip now and then .. l had excellent service from this shop...and l would recommend them to everyone
