Would not recommend this company to anyone. They kept giving my husband the run-around while he was trying to return a couch purchased from Wayfair. They provided contradictory statements about whether or not the couch could be left in the driveway without someone present. One time, they didn't even bother showing up for a scheduled pickup. Later, they erroneously claimed that they couldn't ship any furniture that was without original packaging or a pallet. Someone from Wayfair had to contact them directly to set them straight. Complete waste of time and energy.

Absolutely rude pick up. We had to return a faulty TV and this was the carrier chosen by Philips TV to pick it up from our home. The driver had a very snobby attitude making comments about our neighborhood being the "mobile home capital of the world". We are very rural, and have a very small community here of mostly cops and sherriffs that work in town, retired military etc, that just enjoy the quite life our rural "mobile home capital" offers. He proceeded to use vulgar language about how he is about to "quit this F'ing job" and every other word was F this and F that. Absolutely disrespecful. If I ever need to do a return, i will drive it to town myself rather than let this company come back out for a pick up!
