Renco - Mike came out to do estimate on a leak in our roof and to request to replace all gutters. It has been raining nonstop. Mike identified the leak, did not fix, said he would get back to me with a quote in two days. I told him I want to schedule asap!! Never got the quote, never returned not one of my calls. I was assured Mike was going to do the job!! In the few days I waited it rained so much. 3 weeks later still have never received a returned phone call, email quote or proposal for any work. Very disappointing, especially when our home is a cabin and we were really counting on Mike's word that he would be back within a couple of days.

The staff is very professional and the service and price couldn't be beat! After using them for 3 homes in the Valley we asked them to roof our Cabin with metal shingles in Munds Park. What a beautiful job - clean & on time. Loved the conscientious crew! We would use them again without hesitation.
