We had several main line backups over a period of about 3 years that were caused by tree roots entering into the outgoing line to the street sewer. They came and cleared it out with a hydro-jet system and the improvement is huge (they gave us photos of the interior of the pipe before and after the process). Should be able to have many trouble-free years now, and cost was much lower than a full replacement would have been. Thanks guys!

TCR Plumbing came to our rescue on Wednesday night. At 8:00p the toilets didnt flush and water was backed up in the showers and garage tub sink. My husband called TCR plumbing and spoke with a very kind and professional employee who assured us shed be able to get a plumber to our house that night. She phoned back to let us know MICHAEL was on his way. He arrived a bit after 9:00p and was very friendly and extremely competent. The cleanout to the sewer connection (where the house line meets the line to the street) was clogged with roots. Michael expertly opened the cap to the cleanout and removed the roots with a super-powered snake. He explained every step of the process and with his light, showed us the clog AND then the cleaned-out connection.
MICHAEL is a true professional. Customer service at its finest.
