We have used the services of the FLAGSTAFF office for five years. From our first service to our current one, we are very satisfied customers! From telephone questions to on-site calls everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. Our current service technician, Josh Wakefield is very knowledgeable. He has given us great advice and his service has been excellent!

Expensive! I'm sure Truly Nolen does a great job managing pests, however, their price is unbelievable! They inspected for rodents in our home and were over zealous in their approach. We have a mice issue in our attic and kitchen. They recommended that we replace all of our insulation in the attic, do a major cleaning of the attic and seal up all the entry points. Their bid was $9,529!!! It was very stressful and disturbing to my husband I to get this kind of news as you can imagine. After additional research with other local Flagstaff companies (Conn and Coconino) we were told we did not need to replace the insulation nor did we need to do a complete sanitation in the attic. We found out that hantavirus is carried by deer mice which we have not seen in our home. We hired Flagstaff Handyman Services to plug up the holes around our home and they did a terrific job! We also hired Coconino to place traps in the attic and in the kitchen. The handyman was $175 and Coconino was $75. Would not recommend Truly Nolen due to ridiculously high prices.

We have been using Truly Nolen for about the last four or five years up in Flagstaff and I must say they have very personable and thorough service. We specially have been impressed with our most recent service technician, Jason Ornelas. He’s been taking care of our pest-control needs for the last two years or so and has gone over and above what we would have expected. He will call or text to make sure we are going to be home and can flex his arrival time to coincide with my service needs. He also will explain the impact Of the pesticides on the creatures in the environment and the plants When I have asked about them. He has also made sure that we are aware of the rodent control services that are part of the service offered because on some of our more brutal winters those little guys wanna come in our house and that is not what I like to see. Also, the billing department is great; they arrange for seamless, convenient billing options & that’s great and their contact and communication is spot on. On the whole I couldn’t be happier with my service; especially in the last two years since Jason came on the scene. I hope that Truly Nolen will continue to hire technicians like him and continue to maintain the support staff in billing and reception.
