Fireman's movers stole 4 sets of my husbands golf club and they did not provide an inventory list.   Do not trust them whatsoever.

We scheduled a move for today 11/20/22 with a 11:30 am appointment time. At 9 am we got a call that they were waiting on us. Asked about our 11:30 appointment and we're told they needed to check in with administration. They could not contacted them. They demanded a $100 per hour charge from 9 am or they were going home. We told them that our appointment was at 11:30 and did not get the truck until 10:30. if they're were early it was on them. They went home and completely abandoned us. Now drove 750 miles, overnight room cost and two senior left horrifically frantic and stuck. They charge my credit card ahead of time. Now I have to dispute with my credit card company. Don't use them them if you need someone you can count on.

We have used Fireman Movers many times, and each time they amaze us with their hard work. They are always working quickly and efficiently, and do a great job and always surprise us with how fast they complete the job. We have also used other / cheaper moving companies (due to our lack of scheduling Fireman Movers were unavailable) and you definitely get what you pay for! We will always use Fireman Movers when we have the option.
