Quick and Easy Solutions Cleaning

My wife and I hired this team to clean an apartment we were moving out of. Nearly $300 for barely 700 sq ft. When we went to see the finished product the drip pans from the stove top were missing. After contacting them we were told Oh yeah we threw those out its only $10 at Home Depot (It was $30 BTW) and we will have to wait until Monday to see IF a supervisor will reimburse us for their mistake. They even told my pregnant wife that theyre probably still in the dumpster if she wants to go get them. This ruined an otherwise wonderful cleaning job. I hope they do what is right and reimburse the $30 for their mistake.

Patty and her team at Quick & Easy are amazing. Upon coming to Flagstaff, I was working in a Class A+ Luxury property. We had two cleaning companies who serviced our units. Quick and Easy always stood out as the leader in customer satisfaction and quality of work. A year later when I transitioned to Hope Rentals, I reached out to Patty to see if she would come service our small portfolio, moving forward to today we have a large portfolio of over 200 properties both single family residential and multi-family. Patty gets the job done timely. If you need something done in a pinch, she will get it done. I have worked with 4 other cleaning companies in the Flagstaff market, and none have the dedication to service that Patty and her team bring to the table. I would highly recommend Quick & Easy to anyone wanting Quick and Easy quality cleaning.
