We had an outside gas leak from our 63 yr old house to our meter that was red tagged by the gas company. We got a recommendation to contact Intermountain Plumbing & Mechanical. Left a message and Vanessa returned my call. She was very professional and helpful and arranged for a service call for 3 days later. She actually called 2 days later and said they could make it that day. Daniel and Nate assessed the issue and found multiple leaks in a 5 foot section. Bottom line is we agreed to replace the complete 80+ feet of gas line and work began immediately. They described how the process would play out and willingly answered all our questions. Vanessa was involved in the whole process obtaining the necessary permit for city inspection and let us know what we needed to do to get inspection done and get service restored. The whole process was complete within 3.5 days (Due to the weekend it was 6 days from point of initial contact). We were pleased with the techs in their work and their manner, and with Vanessa in her professional and friendly manner as well. We had an overall positive experience with Intermountain and would recommend them.

Back in June the tenant in my rental house informed me that the water heater stopped working and it had a leak. My home warranty company was useless, telling me to find a plumbing contractor myself and have them contact the home warranty for authorization once theyd diagnosed the problem. Guess what, NONE of the 4 plumbers that I reached out to in Flagstaff work with home warranty companies due to the hassles associated with them. I was fortunate to get my home warranty to agree to reimburse me after I had the licensed contractor do the repairs. I thank my lucky stars to have finally contacted Vanessa at Intermountain!! The weekend was approaching and no one had been sounding like they could get out to the house until the following week! Vanessa was able to get her technician who was scheduled in the area, to stop by the next day and take a look. We thought it was going to require a new water heater initially by my tenants description but the technician took a look, went out to buy a couple of parts and fixed the leak and the water heater that same afternoon. What a relief!! My tenant didnt have to go without hot water for 4 dayscan you imagine?! Fast forward 2 months and home warranty hasnt reimbursed me or responded..it turns out that I sent the invoice to the representative that had initially taken my call and she didnt do anything with it so it never got filed..I needed to send proof of payment as well. Vanessa again to the rescue..when I called, she new who I was and pulled up my paperwork immediately and emailed within seconds. Icing on the cake: She is so professional and SO kind. Intermountain Plumbing and Mechanical recently installed a furnace for me and did a great job! Their price was very reasonable on a new furnace, they were responsive and communicated with me throughout the process. The technicians arrived on time and were very courteous, they got the new system installed, answered questions I had about the furnace and were respectful of my home, cleaning up all debris from the installation. Intermountain did several jobs for me during our renovation including moving a water heater, moving washer and dryer lines, pulling gas lines and plumbing for 2 bathrooms/  I found them great to work with.  There staff were prompt, professional and fast.   Pricing was very reasonable.  I would strongly recommend this company if you want it done quickly and right.Wayne
