All around great experience. Mike showed up when he was supposed to (which is extremely rare in Flagstaff) and gave a competitive price. Install was quick and flawless. Had a leak (overflow from an ice dam in gutter) a few months later caused by my heat tape which he didn’t install that malfunctioned. Mike came and took a look and confirmed that something was wrong with heat tape. Said he will come back once Snow / Ice melts in a few weeks to confirm no damage has happened to gutter and make sure all seals are still functioning. I’ve had a ton of experience with contractors here in Flag and 90% of wouldn’t even take the time to call back. A+ Mike! Great experience!

Mt Elden Gutters installed seamless gutters on my house out in Alpine Ranchos about 5 years ago. I was just up on a ladder installing a Leaf Eater just below the the gutter for our rain water catchment system so I had a birds eye view of the gutters. Wow, they are perfect, still straight as an arrow, no sagging what’s so ever, all the gutter spikes are nice and tight. Mike was awesome to work with on the installation and the gutters are holding up great. We had all kinds of problems with our old gutters with them sagging and leaking, and when Mike replaced them they where less than ten years old. I'm confident that our Mt Elen gutters will last many many years. Roger Thoms
