        Ordered a sofa sectional and had a great experience all around. Josh and Alex were very helpful, and the price came out to being about even with the lowest prices I found online. The delivery went smoothly, too. Thanks! I'm sure we'll use you again.

        I was very pleased with my experience at Ashley's in Flagstaff and all because of Thomas Ballard, the sales manager. I had a large purchase and he gave me a 'great deal'. I also want to acknowledge Grady, the dispatcher at the warehouse in Phoenix, as he followed up when my items were delivered and responded very quickly when I thought one part of an item had not been delivered when, in fact, it had. Both gentlemen demonstrated a very strong customer service orientation.
