Great service, delivery was not satisfactory

I ordered a 14 pc queen bedroom set for $1900. The staff were friendly and helpful. After couple of days the furniture arrived. They were an hour late and when they came they said they need to take care of someone else before me. So, they left. An hour later they came. The furniture was in a very bad shape. The corner of my foot board was cracked and the drawers were loose. The guys hit the wall couple of times. They were also very tired and did not do a good job assembling the furniture. When I complained about the problem they said, they will send someone. I waited a whole week for someone to come over and fix the problems. Finally he arrived and started working. After 3 hours some of the problem were fixed and some do not. I strongly recommend to avoid this place. Do your shopping somewhere else.

Bought a whole dining room set, 2 months later still waiting on pieces to complete my order.

Ordered a sofa sectional and had a great experience all around. Josh and Alex were very helpful, and the price came out to being about even with the lowest prices I found online. The delivery went smoothly, too. Thanks! I'm sure we'll use you again.
