I really tried to use this local company for fencing needs. I wanted two gates put in my front yard for an established brick wall and the potential to take out some chain link fencing. Someone came out for a quote a month ago with no follow up. Both prior to the visit for the quote and afterwards I have called multiple times with no response back and emailed with no response.

I would not go to this business. This was my 1st visit w them. Very rude employees. I was looking for a chain link fence. I gave the guy the size. I believe his name is Alex(?). I also told him I was referred over by this community & you guys go on sale. He was so fixated on who sent me & what's the name of the person. He was raising his voice at me demanding who sent me. I just said the name of the company but he wanted an exact name, which I didnt know. I kept telling him the fence size thinking who sent me is not important. I did give him the name of the community. Still he wanted to know the person, not giving me what fences they have. Also told me, "who said we are not expensive?" So I just said nevermind. He got offended & said, "BYE!!" I'll find another fencing company. Thanks alamo for the customer service.

Alex is a flake. Don't waste your time. I called Alamo in June to schedule a gate repair. The first thing I asked was "do you service the Williams area?" "Yes." Their schedule was booked solid for 2 months so I took the soonest appointment I could. She asked about the gate, what needed repair, etc. and the address. The morning of the appointment I get a phone call from the repairman, Alex. He confirms the appointment, asks about the gate, and asks general directions to get there. He asks if I can send him a photo of the gate. So I text him the best one I have on my phone, mentioning "I'm not there at the moment." I get out there and wait for an hour for him to show up. I text him, "do you have an ETA?" He texts back, "ETA?" to which I explain 'estimated time of arrival.' He says, no that's why I had you send me a picture. I call him to work this out. He says he thought I would have figured out he wasn't coming because he asked for a picture. Common sense told me he probably wanted to see what he was going to be working on before he left Flagstaff. He never said he wasn't coming. He asked for directions for Christ's sake. I asked him what the point of the appointment was if no one was coming to actually look at my gate. He said he wasn't going to go all the way out to Williams before I approved any repairs. Again, why the appointment then. So I said, "no, I had an appointment and I need someone to get out here and look at the gate." He said he couldn't because he had a doctor's appointment at 1. Right. My appointment was scheduled for 11am. My interpretation is that he had a personal appointment that he flaked on me for. He said he could come try to look at it next time he's in Williams but doesn't know when that will be. He said he could schedule me for an appointment but it probably wouldn't be for another 2 months... which I had already waited on for this appointment. He said, "but you said you weren't even there," to which I responded, "right, I wasn't there AT THE MOMENT but I was heading out because I had an appointment." Then he said "you know, my daughter doesn't ask for enough information so I don't know what to expect when I go out there." His daughter asked plenty of questions about what I needed to have done. If he needed photos he had 2 months to reach out to me for them. He waited until 2 hours prior to my appointment, knowing he had a conflicting appointment at 1, and still said nothing to imply he wasn't going to show up. He tried to blame it on his daughter for "not asking enough questions" and me for not figuring out he wasn't coming based on the fact that he asked me for a picture. They service the Williams area; it wasn't conditional upon photos. Don't waste your time with these guys.
