Had an account opened under my name without my knowledge and they were horrible to deal with. Hours on hold and never called back when they said they would. When I finally talked to people over my year long process they told me that I would have to go through a court process to get the account taken off my credit, then said I could just pay it and my credit would go back to normal, then that I couldn't pay it because that would be admitting the account was mine and that my credit would stay affected negativity. They changed their story every time I called. So, I finally just delt directly with the credit agencies, which were only slightly better, but did get the job done. What sucks is they have a hold on certain markets so you have to deal with them. Go solar with a Tesla battery I guess.
