I been a Patient here at Aspire Transitional Care, I have nothing but Good things to mention. There Staffs (Nurses, Therapists, Kitchen, Office, house keeping) basically all around are Amazing & Professional, they showed me Love and Care. I Love that they have an Awesome Care for Native Americans here, that I seen Myself. Therapists are always willing to Help & Guide to Better Health. The Gym is on Site Too. I would Recommend this Place. Thank You Aspire Staffs

Aspire is a first class facility The nurses and assistants are kind, caring and competent. They have a rehab gym onsite with an army of therapists. My 86 year old father was there for over 1 month and was well cared for. I felt the place was well run and Maggie in social services was very helpful with regards to insurance and transitioning my dad to go home. The building is beautiful, new and in an idyllic setting. Thank you Aspire.

Keith the director and some staff members., Makayla,are very neglectful but only to the native Americans. They keep their funds. Some of the native American women don't speak English, so how can they ask for help? It's very sad, if you have a loved one in this place go check on them, take them home.

Aspire care: No care facility.
In my opinion and experience.
This place is fraudulent and dangerous regarding medical care. They ask me about my medication and what I have been currently on and what I have used in the past and what I have been shown to be allergic to. They deny everything and add meds that I told do not work for me or ones that had negative or allergic reactions to. Medical care is nonexistent. I came here to do physical therapy and to get stronger. I have been here since Friday or Saturday morning. No therapy outside of the room and have spent 99% of my time sleeping in bed and approximately 1% going to the bathroom. Told that inactive is what has caused these blood clots yet I havent even been taken for a walk. Important medication that I had to wait along time to get authorization for through the VA and have proven greatly to help. They are now denying those same medications. Medications that I had been on for years (15 - 20) before coming here and have never had a negative effect on me.
Not caring about my input. The lack of proper care and therapy. No concern of my pain levels or proper control and removal of medications that have proven to help and has shown me no harm in the past. These things along with the unwillingness to listen to me and not cancel out everything that I mentioned, not even trying, mentoring or testing anything that I have suggested. There only comment has been that if I dont like it I can always leave. This maybe their best suggestion before they kill me or make me worse. Note: The doctor have admitted having no to only minimal training in pain control. With no pain control even the most basic anti-inflammatories physical therapy (even if available) would be very difficult if not impossible and only aggravat the pain more. After 25+ years in working with some of the best doctors in the field in chronic pain. And dealing with this condition I do have some knowledge of my condition and what works. And denying everything including things that would help prevent and cure the inactivity that brought me here! And going back to zero with no testing is not one of them. If youre concerned about your mental or that of a loved one with needing physical health rehab and are a patient of chronic pain stay away from this clinic. Note: After 5 days and an almost complete change of medications, I have not seen or met my actual doctor that they say that I have. Even if he is uneducated in pain management and my condition.
Regarding a breakthrough medication. After being on the medication for 25 years plus. For breakthrough pain they started with 5 mg tablet. Then do to inefficient to touch the pain they took it too 7.5 mg. Not much better. But if I choose to not want to be tired in the morning wanting to do therapy and asking for less at the time just the 5mg this is also refused being told The 7.5 mg or nothing. Already they have messed up on two different medications and when told refused to listen, until later when they learned I was correct.
Had a possible hormone imbalance problem this morning. Sent me to the hospital for testing.
So Atis now refusing care. Since the clots were formed because of my inability to walk and get around they are technically sending me home unable to get around and even walk to the bathroom. With lack of concern or care they are sending me home to die.
After multiple promises they are now going against all of them. Do not trust them.

Keith is very unprofessional in his job and his sidekick Christian Carrillo has a very bad attitude I will not have a loved one here AGAIN Keith and his sidekick need to be released
