Went in nervous, came out feeling confident as ever. The students here are seriously some of the nicest people in Flagstaff. I got a simple haircut and a basic manicure and I had ZERO problems. If you’re looking for a good hairdresser/nail tech soon, ask for Stephanie. Not only was she extremely thorough, the instructor only noticed a single, almost flyaway, section of hair that needed to be trimmed about half an inch. I felt like I was at a sleepover, chatting with girls and getting my hair and nails done. So obviously the atmosphere was amazing. It looked like the woman next to me got a perm, and it came out so beautiful, just like my own. I got way more than the price I paid here. This was an entirely positive experience, and I am DEFINITELY going to make this my regular salon.

I REALLY enjoyed my Spa Facial by Adriana! She also did a nice job styling my hair. I was impressed with the professionalism of the reception staff. Very glad I came in!!

Made a ln appointment over the phone for a cut and color at 11 am on a Saturday. Showed up for my appointment and the building was closed. Doors locked, no one inside. Sign on door said they were open until 1pm. Tried calling and no one answered. Very upset about wasting time and gas and be told I could make an appointment and then they aren't even open.
