The Peaks do have some great, passionate people that work there. They work hard to meet resident satisfaction everyday.

My mother is at this place right now and its horrible! Mom has been there over a week and her sheets and her room have not been cleaned since she has been there! Her dirty clothes are in a bag on the floor ! We found out they dont give them but small cup of water at a time never have we seen ice !when you go in you dont see any staff, patients call buttons are going off but they said they are really short on staff! !moms medical needs are not being met! I highly recommend you visit this place before you put a loved one there!

If I could, I would give this place zero stars!! Do not bring your loved ones here. My grandpa has been here for a little over a week and we have visited every single day asking multiple staff members, nursing and front desk, for an update on his medical health. None were able to give us any valuable information. They continuously stated they didn't know which was an issue in its own! One nurse finally gave us a little information and said their front desk/social workers do not collaborate with the nurses or transport with appointments and other information, because of this, he missed an important appointment. The nurse said WE are the ones who are supposed to do collaborate with everyone but how can we when no one could tell us any information?! My family and I would sit with him every day and when the nurses came in none of them would ask how he is doing or how he's feeling. Just come right in do what they need to do with a sour attitude and leave. The only nurse I had a good experience with was Robin but she was only his nurse for one night. Isn't that what they are supposed to be there for? Is to help the elderly and other's who can't help themselves. Such a sad environment with no compassion! I'm very disappointed with this establishment.
